1) TRACING THE SOURCE OF THE ILLNESS

The assessment of the client's current health condition is based on provided medical reports (diagnosis related reports, blood tests etc.), actual complaints and feelings of the client, actual body parameters (body weight, age, blood pressure etc.), overall mental condition and body type analysis from the ayurvedic point of view.

2) EDUCATING THE CLIENT ON THE CAUSE

After the thorough counselling, the client is in detail acquainted with the proposed solutions and other steps that would help to improve his or her health condition (e.g. change of the diet or sleeping habits). The plan of the Yoga therapy is introduced together with the ways of regular monitoring of the health status. 

3) DESIGNING A STEP-BY-STEP PLAN

Every client gets specially tailored plan of Yoga practice which is reflecting the current condition and actual physical potential. A personal attention is given to every and each student during every class so the practice is adjusted to student's progress accordingly.   

All students are permanently positively motivated by the instructors who are ready to help with any practice modification which is required. 

4) MENTOR-MENTEE RELATIONSHIP

The Yoga therapy teacher is providing a professional and caring guidance during every class and giving an objective feedback, advice or further counselling every time it's required. Students are encouraged to share their feelings so the practice can be modified accordingly.
