Yoga Kurunta (making body like a puppet) gives the body agility, allowing wider, faster movements and alertness in the brain.
Day 1:
Warm up practices then learning standing, twisting, forward standing asanas and inversions with the support of the wall ropes.
Day 2:
Learning backbends with the help of the wall ropes. Work with preparatory actions for back bending asanas, work through classical back arches in the ropes, then move to rope supported versions of a few advanced backbends.
